This is the best choice if you have to travel through plane with your rabbit. Line the rabbit carrier with newspaper or towel such that your rabbit is hidden. If you have to just travel nearby, you can take a cardboard box to keep the pet in. you do not really need to have a rabbit carrier for that. These boxes are cheaper and durable. You can buy one from any pet store. Try to buy one with handle.

If you just have to go for walk, hold your rabbit using his scarf of his neck and hold it in arms. Let him cuddle and enjoy with you.
